After clubbing his first home run of the season on Monday, Diaz homered in back-to-back at-bats Thursday in a 6-5 Solano win. The athletic middle infielder from Vallejo also played spotless defense recording 12 putouts & 10 assists without an error. Solano has now won 5 in a row and 7 of their last 8. |
Nate BarryLHP Nate Barry pitched a complete game 6 hitter to beat #1 ranked Delta College 3-1 on Sunday April 8th. Barry walked none and stuck out 7 to improve his record to 7-0 on the season. The victory kept Sierra tied for 1st place with Delta and Santa Rosa. Nate signed a National Letter of Intent with the University of Kansas last November. |
