Logan Poisall - Fresno City College & Tyler Stover - Solano College

Solano College OF Tyler Stover & Fresno City’s Infielder Logan Poisall has been named the the California Community College Baseball Coaches Association’s (CCCBCA) baseball Co-Player of the Week for the week of April 11th –April 17th, it was announced on Tuesday.

Against Gavilan, Yuba, and Folsom Lake, Stover did a little bit of everything by going 5x12, with 2 HR, 2B, 4 RBI, and 6 runs scored. He also had 2 assists and stole 2 bases. Stover, a CCCBCA Pre-Season All-American, has already signed with University of Louisiana-Lafayette for next season.

Logan Poisall went 8-11 as the Rams won all 3 against Taft College.  The Rams, behind Poisall. Have won 17 of their past 20 games...

Stover is the first Falcon & Poisall is the first Ram to earn CCCBCA Player of the Week honors this season.



 

 

Dylan Thorp - Monterey Peninsula College

    
 

Monterey Peninsula College pitcher Dylan Thorp has been named the the California Community College Baseball Coaches Association’s (CCCBCA) baseball Pitcher of the Week for the week of April 11th –April 17th, it was announced on Tuesday.

Dylan Thorp, 6'1", 185lbs, LHP, sophomore at Monterey Peninsula College pitched a complete game 2-1 win on Tuesday April 12th vs. Canada College and picked up the save in an 11th inning 6-4 win vs. Hartnell College on Saturday April 16th.  His line in his CG was 2 hits, 1 run, 7 K's.  For the save his line was 1 IP, 3 K's.

Thorp is the second Lobo to earn CCCBCA Pitcher of the Week honors. Andy Garretson was selected player of the week, week nine.
