TJ Foreman finished a double away from the cycle, recording four hits with four runs scored and three runs batted in. Foreman got the Pirates on the board in the top of the first with a solo home run. He then followed with a triple and 2 singles on the day.

Taishi Nakawake, SS, Sophomore - El Camino College

The Warriors shortstop had a solid weekend at the plate, going 4-for-12 (.333) with a double, a run scored and three RBI. In Friday’s game, Nakawake came through with a two-out, bases loaded go-ahead double to drive in the game-tying and go-ahead runs in the ninth inning to give ECC a 4-3 lead. The Warriors would go on to win 5-3 at Bakersfield. In Saturday’s finale, he drove in the game-tying run with a single in the seventh inning to lock things up at 3-3 and eventually send the game into extra innings.

Aaron Orozco, RHP, RS-Freshman - El Camino College

The Warriors right-hander went seven strong innings in Friday’s game at Bakersfield and allowed just two runs on two hits in seven innings of work. He walked three and struck out 10, setting a new career high in punchouts.
