Zane Bennett, the sophomore outfielder from Santa Rosa, showed his big time pop this week. He launched three home runs this week to give him ten on the year. He added two doubles, drove in eight runs and scored another eight times in helping secure a series sweep over Modesto. He collected 18 total bases to lead all Nor Cal this week and secure his second Nor Cal Player of the Week this year.

The sophomore from Sierra, Caden Hunter, was lights out this week. He made two appearances on the week, recording both a save and a win. He came out of the bullpen on Tuesday to strike out the side and record a one inning save. On Friday, he threw a one hit shutout while striking out eight in a 1-0 victory over Folsom Lake to secure the series victory. This is his first Nor Cal Pitcher of the Week this year.
