Hayden Jung-Goldberg, the freshman outfielder from Monterey Peninsula, was on a tear this week. Jung-Goldberg was 8 for 13 on the week for a .615 batting average. He collected six extra base hits, four doubles and two home runs, in three games to collect 18 total bases on the week. He drove in 11 runs and scored another six in the three-game series. He added on three hit by pitches and was four for four in stolen bases as well.

The sophomore right hander, Jobe Olson from Reedley, was utterly dominant this week. He made two appearances on the week, one in relief and one start. He threw 2/3 of an inning in relief on Tuesday and then came back to throw a complete game shutout on Saturday. In 9 2/3 innings pitched he only allowed one hit and didn't give up a run. He struck out eight and allowed an opponent's batting average of .030.
