Jayce Dobie, freshman UTL from Mission College, had success on the mound and at the plate to open the season.  Since opening day he has pitched 12 innings, with 14K's, 2 BB, and 1 Win.  At the plate he is hitting .416 with 5 hits in 12 at bats, 1 double, 1 triple, 3 RBI, 1 SB, and 3 Runs scored.
