Zane Bennett of Santa Rosa is your Northern California hitter of the week for January 22nd-28th. Santa Rosa only played two games for the week, but Zane took advantage of his opportunities in those two contests against Chabot. Zane went 4 for 9 in the two contests with three homeruns, 10 RBI’s, three runs scored, and a walk.

The freshman for Solano dominated in his first college outing allowing only one hit and no walks through six innings. He punched out 11 in the six innings of work and eight in a row at one point in route to the victory against Butte.
